When are you going to get we neither want nor need HOA's? We aren't meant to live in corporations. Our homes are supposed to be a place to go to relax and unwind after a hard days work, not another full time job defending ourselves against unfounded accusations of made up violations designed only to profit the management companies. You don't think government should dictate in detail how associations should be run from some far off state capital or even Washington, DC. Well, I don't think associations should dictate to homeowners how to take care of their homes. I think homeowners should do things on their own schedule, not some arbitratry schedule made up by the management company or board. HOA's are for the benefit of the management companies and the boards, they are of no benefit to the homeowners. HOA's are not democratic, they are a dictatorship.
