As a homeowner in a troubled community with an ineffective, autocratic board, I stumbled upon your website inadvertantly. At first it seemed a welcome oasis, but having continued my search and found CAI popping up in all sorts of sites -- and never in support of the homeowner trying to make a difference -- I'd have to say, "no, you don't." You seem to support industry professionals, lawyers, and the boards who need to be reined in and controlled, not given even more authority to ride roughshod over the homeowners who are left to foot the bill for their incompetence. Even here you trumpet the vetoing of a bill in Nevada that would have supported homeowners' free speech in addition to a number of other issues. Thanks to your lawyers and lobbyists. at first glance I would have joined your organization, but now I will be on the lookout for -- and will warn other homeowners about -- this organization, which does not hold the best interests of the American homeowners to heart.
