Re: Does CAI Support Homeowners?
by Anonymous
Tight shoes...a bit dog always barks...the pot calling the kettle black? "A quick example: Recently the Colorado Legislative Action Committee...." Does CAI and its LACs truly believe in their own sense of self-importance or are they simply ignorant and arrogant in the extreme? Most states have well-established long-standing statutory construction defect protections (Purchaser Dwelling Actions) and/or state agency construction defect protections (Registrar of Contractors) for all homeowners whether they live in an association, a county unincorporated area, a rural area or other areas. Is it the truth that the successful passage of Colorado's Homeowner Protection Act of 2007 was due to the unilateral efforts of CAI, "...the Colorado Legislative Action Committee was successful in passing the 'Homeowners Protection Act of 2007'" or might other interests in Colorado have participated in this success? The truth from CAI would be refreshing albeit "prosaic and boring."
