Do you really think that people really can be objective when given power to be law maker, judge and jury, and jailer with out any kind of restraint forced on them? I have been the butt of such a HOA or POA and until the laws that are on the books are up held and constitutional rights returned to all that pass through and enter in a private community, all HOA should all be disbanded
